Knowledge Realty Trust declares Rs 716.6 cr distribution to unitholders Knowledge Realty Trust on Wednesday announced a distribution of Rs 716.6 crore to unitholders for the quarter ended March, supported by 14 per cent growth in net operating income to Rs 1,053.3 crore. In a regulatory filing, Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT), which is a real estate investment trust (REIT) sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, said it has "declared distributions of Rs 7,166 million or Rs 1.62 per unit for Q4 FY26, taking cumulative distributions since listing in August 2025 to Rs 21,019 million, or Rs 4.74 per unit". In the fourth quarter of 2025-26, the company achieved gross leasing of 1.1 million square feet, taking cumulative leasing for FY26 to 3.5 million square feet and portfolio occupancy to 92 per cent.
